Day 1 (Monday, May 8th)

10h30: Team meeting at The Goethe Institute (1626 St Laurent Blvd, Montreal, H2X 2T1)

11h: An hour German course given by The Goethe Institute

14h: An introduction to the concept of co-development at the co-working space, Ecto andmeeting with entrepreneur, Cédric Jamet and Percolab (36, avenue Mont-Royal Est, 2e étage, Montréal, H2J 1X2)

Day 2 (Tuesday, May 9th) – Day off, prepare for departure on Saturday!

Day 3 (Wednesday, May 10th)

9h30: Introduction to Living Labs*, Louise Guay, founder of Living Lab Montréal (8162 St-Hubert, Montréal, H2P 1Z2)

Lunch and travelling to Catalyst Urbain (1100 Rue de Condé, Montreal, H3K 2E3)

14h: Meeting with Michel Langlois, Owner of Catalyse Urbaine, architect and landscaper, and President of the Chambre de Commerce du Sud-Ouest de l’île de Montréal

Day 4 (Thursday, May 11th)

10h30: Training/experimentation: Living Lab with Louis Guay (CJE NDG, 6370 rue Sherbrooke Ouest, Montreal, H4B 1M9)

Lunch – included

13h-15h: The Living Lab experience

Day 5 (Friday, May 12th)

9h: Training onthe Lean start-up model given by Patrice Chessé, professor at HEC, and   co-founder of Dynamiques Convergentes (Tableau Blanc, 900 rue Lacasse B-111, Montreal, H4C 2Z3)

Lunch included

13h: Workshop on the Business Model generation (BMG) and followed by an                       entrepreneurs testimony, Gabriel Campeau, owner of the co-working space Le          Tableau Blanc

Day 1 (Monday, May 15th)

9h: Departure for the Quebec delegation in Munich

10h: Meeting with the General Delegation of Quebec in Munich (Mauerkircherstraße 103, 81925 München, Germany)

Lunch and transportation to Ludwig–Maximilians–Universität (LMU)

13h: Innovation Geist, Idea development workshop and co-creation with participants from the LMU (Leopoldstraße 30, 80802 München, Germany)

Day 2 (Tuesday, May 16th)

8h30: Departure for LMU

9h: Continuity of the Innovation Geist at LMU

PM: Design Thinking

Evening: Supper with Michael and the students of LMU (meal included)

Day 3 (Wednesday, May 17th)

Train towards BERLIN

19h: Fab Lab Late Night! At Fab Lab Berlin (Prenzlauer Allee 242, 10405 Berlin, Germany)

Day 4 (Thursday, May 18th)

AM: Visit of Ahoy! Berlin and meeting with our partner Stéphanie Brisson (Wattstraße   11, 13355 Berlin, Germany)

PM: Visit of Factory Berlin (Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany)

Day 5 (Friday, May 19th)

AM: Visite of the Social Impact hub of Berlin (Friedrichstraße 246, 10969 Berlin, Deutschland, Germany)

PM: Meetings initiated by each participant with an entrepreneur in their field OR Project A Ventures (Julie-Wolfthorn-Straße 1, 10115 Berlin, Germany)

Evening: Group supper and debriefing

 

FOLLOW-UP WORKSHOPS IN MONTREAL

June to November 2017

Upon our return, the participants will complete 5 two and a half hour workshops. Each workshop will begin with a co-development session that will be followed by a presentation on a theme relevant to launching and managing a business (marketing, financing, legal structures and networking). Patrice Chessé will accompany the youth for a final discussion on the progress of their projects. Our closing activity will be held in mid-November 2017.
