Diana Guerra holds a Masters in Environmental Sciences from the University of Quebec at Montreal, UQAM. Diana is an experienced consultant with achievements of integrating principles of sustainable development and circular economy in strategic planning in businesses. Passionate about the social business movement she believes it is possible to create a collective positive impact in reducing our dependence on oil and our greenhouse emissions one coffee at a time. Her idea is to create collective social impact through a network that diverts the thousands of tons of coffee waste produced in Quebec into everyday objects like cups, furniture or even gourmet mushroom production. By diverting coffee waste from landfills, we could achieve a 98% greenhouse gas reduction generated in the landfill.
